SYMPTOMS—Lack of appetite, nausea, fever, chills, generalized aching, fast heartbeat, and occasionally vaginal bleeding. There is acute aching of both sides of the abdomen. Bowel movements may intensify the pain.
CAUSES—Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection of the female pelvic organs, and occurs most often among sexually active women between the ages of 15 and 25.
Although abortions can result in sterility, pelvic inflammatory disease causes them even more frequently. A single attack of this disease produces sterility about 15% of the time.
It is believed that this disorder owes its origin to unsanitary conditions, especially during intercourse.
The use of intrauterine devices is another cause. The disorder was over four times higher in IUD users. They may not have been sterile or may have been inserted by hands that had not been carefully washed.
Douching is yet a third cause of this problem. It appears that they may not have been done carefully enough, and bacteria was flushed up into the uterus. In one study, 90% of the infected women regularly douched, and frequently had done so since the ages of 16 or 17.
TREATMENT—
• Go on a fruit and vegetable juice fast for a time.
• When solid food is started, eat nourishing food, free of sugar and oil. Avoid junk food. Do not use tobacco, caffeine, or alcohol.
• For pain relief, apply heat to the lower back or abdomen. Sitz baths are also helpful.
• A hot half bath is useful in fighting the infection.
• Every 4 hours, take a hot footbath while ice bags are on the lower abdomen for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes rest in bed. This will speed the healing process.

2. Do not eat in between meals. It will ferment the previous undigested food and will make the blood impure. There should be 5 to 6 hrs gap between meals.  Also it clogs the brain. Your stomach needs rest after digestion. Avoid overeating too. Overeating will cause indigestion, clogging of brain, and it will make it difficult to absorb the nutrients in it. Continual taxing of stomach will weaken your stomach and intestine. Avoid drinking water during meals.
3. Avoid refined sugar and refined products like white bread, white rice, and refined noodles and margarine. Your body needs vitamins and minerals in the whole grains form for good digestion. This prevents diabetes.
4. Avoid all fried foods. Frying in any manner, no matter what oil you use, spoils the wholesomeness of the food, because temperatures up to 600-700 o F. may be obtained. At these temperatures the unsaturated fats behave as if they were saturated. Thus fried foods, than unfried foods,   increase the likelihood of developing the hardening of the arteries. Please avoid chilli and masala, for this could cause ulcers and even make your blood acidic.
5.  Avoid processed salt. Use less salts in your food. Our body cannot use the artificially prepared salt. Take rock salt (black salt) or sea salt. It contains minerals and trace elements. Search for it in the supermarkets or in health food stores.
6. It is not good to eat fruits and vegetables during the same meal. The use of both will often cause distress, and creates inability to put forth mental effort. It is better to have the fruits at one meal, and the vegetables at another. Fruits and vegetables taken at one meal produce acidity. It’s not good food combination.
7. Acidic condition of the body tissues is one of the basic causes of many diseases. It is therefore vitally important that there is a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in the diet. When you keep your body in an alkaline state, you will get strong resistance against diseases. All meat and animal products are high acid forming, and should be avoided completely. All nuts, except for almonds and brazil nuts, are acid forming; and all grains are acid forming, except buckwheat and millet. These acid forming foods should be eaten in very limited amounts.
Breakfast
Take milks like soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, or coconut milk.; Eat soaked almonds, sprouts etc.; For carbohydrate and fibre eat varieties of recipes  from  oats, red or brown rice, and wheat  on a daily basis.; For protein eat legumes (pulses or dhal ). Fruits or vegetables should be eaten. Some nuts and dried fruits like dates, raisins are good. Your breakfast time should be between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.  Cast all your cares and sorrows and make your meal time the best time.
Lunch
Use unpolished rice (red or brown rice) or wheat. Enjoy salads. Raw foods are good, for they are rich in enzymes, vitamins and minerals and these qualities are destroyed during cooking. Eat lot of steamed vegetables like: carrots, beetroot, garlic (raw), parsley, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, and green leafy vegetables, lettuce, potatoes, green beans, parsley, radish, and many more.
Evening-Meal
1.  Skipping supper is a good option.   Two meals per days are good for health.  But, breakfast and lunch should be healthy. We suggest fruits or vegetable salads or simple vegetable soups. Also milks like soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, etc.
2. Supper should be between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Have it at least two hours before you sleep. It should be very light & easily digestible.   Your Stomach should be empty before you go to bed.

2. Exercise“If no Exercise, physical body will eventually lose its strength”
Walking is the Best Exercise
1.  Exercise daily. Walking is the best exercise. Go for walks at least 30 minutes in the morning between 6 to 7 a.m. You will get good fresh air, which is free from pollution during this time.
2.  Of all the exercises, walking is the best. During walks all your organs works harmoniously. It helps you get more energy and endurance. Your body will expel impurities through skin during exercise.
3.  Go for walks in a park or to a beach in the morning and evening where you can get good fresh air.  Oxygen is good for your brain and helps you to get good sleep at night.
4. Exercise stimulates production of adrenal hormones such as Norepinephrine, which is an antidepressant. HDL (good cholesterol) is produced as well.  Exercise relieves stress and helps overcome depression.



3. Water - “The most precious of all liquids”

1.  Our Water formula: 50ml per kg of body weight per day. For example: 60kg x 50ml = 3000ml = 3 liters of water.
Note: The amount of water need depends on your body weight.

In contrast, the comparison groups had 25% of the women either bra-free or wearing bras less than 12 hours daily.
Only 3% of this group slept with their bras on. This study revealed a significant link between bras and breast cancer that is three times greater than the link between cigarette smoking and lung cancer!
Truthfully, bras are creating droopy, weak breasts...the breast relies on the bra for artificial support, the body loses its ability to support the breast by itself. This is why many women feel uncomfortable without a bra. What is the solution to breast cancer then? DON'T WEAR A TIGHT BRA! And maybe sleep without them. There is a remarkable success rate for recovery from fibrocystic breast disease within 10 days to two weeks of going bra-free. Many women have tried going bra-less and recorded a miraculous improvement in their health!
Not having children or having them later in life
Women who have had not had children, or who had their first child after age 30, have a slightly higher risk of breast cancer. Being pregnant many times and at an early age reduces breast cancer risk. Being pregnant lowers a woman's total number of lifetime menstrual cycles, which may be the reason for this effect.
Using hormone therapy after menopause
Post-menopausal hormone therapy (PHT) has been used for many years to help relieve symptoms of menopause and to help prevent thinning of the bones (osteoporosis). This treatment goes by other names, such hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).
There are 2 main types of PHT. For women who still have a womb (uterus), doctors most often prescribe both estrogen and progesterone (known as combined hormone therapy or HT). Estrogen alone can increase the risk of cancer of the uterus, so progesterone is added to help prevent this. For women who no longer have a uterus (those who've had a hysterectomy), estroge alone can be prescribed. This is known as estrogen replacement therapy (ERT) or just estrogen therapy (ET).
Combined HT: Use of combined HT after menopause increases the risk of getting breast cancer. It may also increase the chances of dying from breast cancer. Breast cancer in women taking hormones may also be found at a more advanced stage, perhaps because it lowers how well mammograms work by increasing breast density. Five years after stopping HT, the breast cancer risk seems to drop back to normal.
ET: The use of estrogen alone does not seem to increase the risk of developing breast cancer very much, if at all. But when used long-term (for more than 10 years), some studies have found that ERT increases the risk of ovarian and breast cancer.
At this time, there seem to be few strong reasons to use PHT, other than for short-term relief of menopausal symptoms. Because there are other factors to think about, you should talk with your doctor about the pros and cons of using PHT. If you and your doctor decide to try PHT for symptoms of menopause, it is usually best to use it at the lowest dose that works for you and for as short a time as possible.
Not breast-feeding
Some studies have shown that breast-feeding slightly lowers breast cancer risk, especially if the breast-feeding lasts 1½ to 2 years. This could be because breast-feeding lowers a woman's total number of menstrual periods, as does pregnancy. But this has been a hard area to study. In countries such as the United States, breast-feeding for this long is uncommon.
Alcohol
The use of alcohol is clearly linked to an increased risk of getting breast cancer. Women who have one drink a day have a very small increased risk. Those who have 2 to 5 drinks daily have about 1½ times the risk of women who drink no alcohol. The American Cancer Society suggests limiting the amount you drink to one drink a day.

NRDC’s independent testing discovered phthalates in 86 percent (12 of 14) of air freshener products tested, including those marketed as “all-natural” or “unscented”—and none of the products tested listed phthalates on their labels
Being overweight or obese
Being overweight or obese is linked to a higher risk of breast cancer, especially for women after change of life or if the weight gain took place during adulthood. The risk seems to be higher if the extra fat is around the waist.
But the link between weight and breast cancer risk is complex. And studies of fat in the diet as it relates to breast cancer risk have often given conflicting results. The American Cancer Society recommends you stay at a healthy weight throughout your life and avoid gaining too much weight.
Lack of exercise
Studies show that exercise reduces breast cancer risk. The only question is how much exercise is needed. One study found that as little as 1 hour and 15 minutes to 2½ hours of brisk walking per week reduced the risk by 18%. Walking 10 hours a week reduced the risk a little more. The American Cancer Society suggests that you exercise for 45 to 60 minutes 5 or more days a week.

Some Risk Factors
Age: The chance of getting breast cancer goes up as a woman gets older. About 2 out of 3 women with invasive breast cancer are 55 or older when the cancer is found.
Genetic risk factors: About 5% to 10% of breast cancers are thought to be linked to inherited changes (mutations) in certain genes. The most common gene changes are those of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Women with these gene changes have up to an 80% chance of getting breast cancer during their lifetimes. Other gene changes may raise breast cancer risk, too.
Family history: Breast cancer risk is higher among women whose close blood relatives have this disease. The relatives can be from either the mother's or father's side of the family. Having a mother, sister, or daughter with breast cancer about doubles a woman's risk. It's important to note that most (over 85%) women who get breast cancer do not have a family history of this disease.
Personal history of breast cancer: A woman with cancer in one breast has a greater chance of getting a new cancer in the other breast or in another part of the same breast. This is different from a return of the first cancer (called recurrence).
Race: White women are slightly more likely to get breast cancer than African-American women. But African American women are more likely to die of breast cancer. At least part of the reason seems to be because African-American women have faster growing tumors, but we don't know why this is the case. Asian, Hispanic, and Native-American women have a lower risk of getting and dying from breast cancer.
Dense breast tissue: Dense breast tissue means there is more gland tissue and less fatty tissue. Women with denser breast tissue have a higher risk of breast cancer. Dense breast tissue can also make it harder for doctors to spot problems on mammograms.
Certain benign (not cancer) breast problems: Women who have certain benign breast changes may have an increased risk of breast cancer. Some of these are more closely linked to breast cancer risk than others.
Lobular carcinoma in situ: Women with lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) have a 7 to 11 times greater risk of developing cancer in either breast.
Menstrual periods: Women who began having periods early (before age 12) or who went through the change of life (menopause) after the age of 55 have a slightly increased risk of breast cancer. They have had more menstrual periods and as a result have been exposed to more of the hormones estrogen and progesterone.
Breast radiation early in life: Women who have had radiation treatment to the chest area (as treatment for another cancer) earlier in life have a greatly increased risk of breast cancer. The risk varies with the patient's age when they had radiation. The risk from chest radiation is highest if the radiation were given during the teens, when the breasts were still developing. Radiation treatment after age 40 does not seem to increase breast cancer risk.
Treatment with DES: In the past, some pregnant women were given the drug DES (diethylstilbestrol) because it was thought to lower their chances of losing the baby (miscarriage). Recent studies have shown that these women have a slightly increased risk of getting breast cancer.

When a Cancer patient is in bed, he is obtaining the extra rest he so much needs. But a little movement is also required from time to time, to help his lymphatic elimination. The lymph only moves by muscular activity. Encourage him to move lightly every so often. This may be simply a matter of shifting and flexing the arms and legs. If the person is on a lengthy program of overcoming a chronic disorder, he needs to taught to regularly extend, flex, and rotate each muscle every so often. This includes the arms, hands, legs, feet, abdomen, shoulders, and neck. Although this may seem complicated, it is not. It is just a matter of some simple body movements. He may do this while laying down or sitting on the edge of the bed.
Exercise daily. Walking is the best Exercise. Go for walking at least 15-45 minutes in the morning around 6 to 7 pm. You will get good fresh air, free from pollution at that time. Exercise improves the immune system and blood is get cleansed.
Brisk walking, no jogging, from one to five miles a day is excellent exercise. If you do not have the strength, start slowly and gradually increase the distance. Exercise outside is 10 times more beneficial then indoors. When exercising inside you do not receive the suns rays or the pure fresh air. Working out in a gym is like working out in a smelly tennis shoe.

Instead it will tear it down. Raw food is live food and possesses the highest nutritive value. It is full of vitamins, mineral, enzymes, phytochemicals, etc. Cooked food is dead food, plant any seed and it will grow. Cook the seed and then plant it and it will not grow, because it’s life principle has been destroyed. . Place cancer cells in a cooked media and they will proliferate. Now place the cancer cells in a raw matter and they will disappear! This astounding fact is known to the Cancer society, but the public was never informed. Add some amount of Extra virgin Flax seed oil. It Increases the Immune system. If the bowel movement is weak, take fresh fruits and vegetables juices. At least take 12 to 15 cups of good juices per day. While drinking juices, make sure your saliva mixes with juice. Juices are more good. Since its difficult for a cancer patient to eat normally.
DRINK ONE TO THREE GLASSES OF CARROT JUICE DAILY
Carrots are a very good source of Vitamin A, and the juice should be taken 15-30 minutes before your vegetable meal. A recent study done by Dr. Raymond J. Shamberger, Professor of the Dept. of Biochemistry, the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, showed that Vitamin A is one of the most important aids to the body’s defense system fighting and preventing aids or cancer. When subjected to carcinogens, this vitamin has a remarkable ability to inhibit the introduction and or retard the growth of both malignant and non-malignant tumors.

Use Herbs
There are many herbs for cancer, but the one I highly recommend is Red Clover. Note: Red Clover is now being studied for the treatment of aids. You use only the flower, not the stem or roots. Red clover contains the following chemicals: biotin, choline, copper, coumarins, glycosides, inositol, magnesium, manganesel, and selenium. Let it steep for 20 minutes or longer. Use one to two teaspoons of herb per cup of tea. The best time to take the tea is at night before bed on an empty stomach. If you take it twice a day, then also first thing in the morning when you first get up on an empty stomach.

Due to the nature of the problem they are not able to discuss it with any one, not even parents. Due to lack of knowledge, those little problems create serious problems in their life esp. in their youth period. This article is not meant to discourage married people from enjoying the sexual blessings within the parameters of marriage. We all know it’s a special and holy gift from God. But sex should be moderate even with the martial life partner.  It’s better to get married and have a good life than burning the body which causes various health problems and weakens the body.

There is an important factor to be considered seriously. More zinc is found in the prostate gland than any other organ in the body. Zinc is a trace mineral needed in only very small amounts, but a deficiency can lead to major medical problems. Zinc is found in high concentration in sperm and seminal fluid. The brain also must have adequate zinc in order to keep the thoughts organized and balanced. Watch your habits; they become character; Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.  Main cause is influence of debasing books and pictures.

Those who are addicted to this will despairingly exclaim, “What shall we do?” God has not left such to perish in their sins. But will help the weak and helpless, if they cast themselves in faith upon him. Here you will find lifestyle reform which will help to overcome this bad habit.
Abstain Totally:
"The least indulgence weakens hope, and is like paddling the canoe down the Niagara rapids, instead of toward its banks. Gradual emancipation, like leaving off drinking by degrees, will certainly increase both indulgence and suffering. This is true of all bad habits - is a law of things, and especially applicable here. `To quit now is easier than tomorrow'.  Some of my contemporaries advise occasional indulgence.
Totally and unequivocally condemn all indulgence, every instance of which both augments passion and weakens resistance, by subjecting intellect and moral sentiment to propensity. If you cannot conquer now, you never can. Make one desperate stand and struggle. Summon every energy! Not once more! STOP SHORT!! `Touch not, taste not, handle not,' lest you `perish with the using.'
Diet and Regimen:
Diet and RegimenShould be rigidly abstemious: No alcohol; No smoking, No Tea and Coffee; No junk foods; No meat; No egg and dairy milks products; No refined sugar food items; No caffeine drinks like soft drinks; No fried food items; No spicy foods, etc., because all these things will stimulate the baser passions. Avoid all spicy and stimulating foods. The food should be nutritious, but non-stimulating.   The two-meal system is of special advantage, as the presence of food in the stomach at night is often the exciting cause of nocturnal emissions. If you want third meals, eat some fruits. Enjoy lot of salads and fruits. This will help the brain to become stronger to resist evil temptation. Never eat fruits and vegetable in same meal. Avoid eating genetically modified food and seedless fruits. These foods stimulates vice habits.  Phyto-estrogen in soy milk helps to reduce the libido in men and does not cause impotence.
Exercise:
Aerobic ExercisesPlenty of physical exercise should be enjoined upon this class of patients; not enough to produce exhaustion or excessive fatigue, but enough to induce good sound sleep. Much mental exercise should be strenuously avoided. The mind should not be taxed with cares, nor should much reading be indulged in. Especially should any exercise of the brain be avoided toward night, or in the evening. As congestion of the brain is often the exciting cause of spermatorrhea, by reason of the intimate relation between the brain and the sexual system, it will readily be seen that to keep the head cool is all important. Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, etc. will help the excess energy in the body to get used. Walking is the best exercise.
Sleeping:
Good sleepSufferers from these difficulties should cultivate regular habits of sleeping and resting, and should never lie in bed to encourage a dreamy or unsound sleep. Bathing and Hydrotherapy:
Cold BathEvery day baths should be cool, but not too cold. A Cold sitz bath may be taken from once to four times per week, for 5-10 minutes duration. Give at the same time a hot foot bath, and apply cool wet cloths to the head. The frequency of this treatment will depend upon the condition of the patient. Cool bathing of the parts affected is also beneficial.

Dress:
Wear comfortable dress from natural fiber like cotton. Avoid wearing synthetic fiber, which irritates skin. Wearing clean cloths is important. Wearing undergarments is must. But never wear tight undergarments. Dress should be neither tight, not loose.   Avoid sleeveless dress. Extremities [hands, arms, feet and legs] should be covered. In order to equalize the circulation of the blood, the clothing should be equally distributed upon the person, that equal warmth may be preserved in all parts of the body.  Important issue is— don’t touch the sensual organs unnecessarily.
Social Surroundings:
Good Social Surroundings The patient should be placed in circumstances favorable to the preservation of equanimity of temper, and of self-respect. Above all, let the surroundings, so far as associates are concerned, be of the highest moral character. Let the mind be elevated to dwell upon the purity and holiness of Heaven, rather than the groveling, sensual things of earth. Let a sense of moral responsibility fill the mind, to the exclusion of gloom and despondency, and with earnest, cheerful, and hopeful trust in God, go forward in the work of reform and restoration, till the traces of sin and shame are effaced, and God's noble gift of MANHOOD is restored, that you may fully glorify God in your body and spirit, which are His.
Controlling the Thoughts:
You can control your thoughtsYou should control your thoughts. This will not be an easy task; you cannot accomplish it without a close and even severe effort. Yet God requires this of you; it is a duty resting upon every accountable being. You are responsible to God for your thoughts. If you indulge in vain imaginations, permitting your mind to dwell upon impure subjects, you are, in a degree, as guilty before God as if your thoughts were carried into action. All that prevents the action is the lack of opportunity.   Avoid reading and seeing things which will suggest impure thoughts. Cultivate the moral and intellectual powers. Let not these noble powers become enfeebled and perverted by much reading of even story books.  Bible gives a solution (in Philippians 4:8). “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
Trust in God:
Trust in GodThe person must trust in God and himself alone, and strengthen his mind in the outset with a resolution to persevere in the use of means which Nature will recognize as aids in the great restorative work. Communion with, and love for, God, the practice of holiness, the destruction of sin, are all pleasant. The reading of God's word does not fascinate the imagination, and inflame the passions, like a fictitious story book, but softens, soothes, elevates, and sanctifies, the heart. When the youth are in trouble, when assailed by fierce temptations, they have the privilege of prayer. Anyone can close every door to impure imaginings and unholy thoughts by lifting the soul into the presence of God through sincere prayer. Every day spend more time in studying Bible and high quality Christian books, then three to four times sincere earnest prayer in a day will help to keep the mind away for impure thoughts. Have a schedule of prayer in a day. Memorizing Bible verses will help to resist the temptation. "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee" (Psalms 119:11)
